Building a Story
Learn how to build a signature story, inspired by Microsoft’s storytelling success. Practice creating a story for an upcoming event.
SESSION 3
Power of Purpose Story
Explore the power and significance of purpose-driven stories through impactful case studies, such as LifeBuoy. Practice using a purpose story funnel.
SESSION 4
Harnessing Purpose Stories
Learn to align purpose within teams and examine case studies like Bare Escentuals. Practice crafting a compelling purpose story.
SESSION 5
Power of Customer Stories
Understand the role of empathy in customer stories, with case studies from Google Chrome, Bonobos, and Coke. Practice creating a customer story funnel.
SESSION 6
Harnessing Customer Stories
Learn to build a storytelling culture, with insights from Nike Rise, UCHealth, and Bare Escentuals. Practice crafting impactful customer stories.
SESSION 7
Power of Leadership Stories
Develop leadership stories and deliver compelling presentations, inspired by Eric Yuan’s storytelling success at Zoom. Practice creating your leadership story.
SESSION 8
Harnessing Leadership Stories
Explore the narrative of happiness, storytelling as a journey, and the journey mindset. Conclude with a storytelling showcase to demonstrate your mastery.

LEARNING METHODS
Training – 10% | Instructors spend 10% of class time instructing techniques. |
Practice – 70% | Practicing is the key to master skills. Learners spend 70% of the class time practicing skills. |
Evaluation – 20% | Learners receive feedback from instructors, classmates, coach assistants to ensure continuous growth. |
