DISRUPTION & INNOVATION

Disruption & Innovation is one of EIY’s new corporate training programs. The course focuses on building agile strategies by embracing disruptive trends, and driving growth by capitalizing on emerging opportunities.

Participants:
Senior managers (C-level), business leaders who want to advance themselves and their teams by leveraging the power of innovation, trend-forecasting, and disruption.

***For each group of subjects, the program will be designed specifically to suit their learning needs.

Gain a foundational understanding of the Disruption Framework. Learn to distinguish between incremental changes, fads, and true disruptive forces that redefine markets and competitive landscapes.

Discover the core elements that drive successful disruption. This session breaks down the “three pillars” that enable disruptive forces to challenge the status quo and fuel transformative innovation.

Understand how startups and emerging players disrupt established industries. Analyze real-world case studies where new entrants leveraged agility and innovation to redefine market dynamics.

Examine how established companies can become disruptors themselves. This session highlights strategies for leveraging existing resources, scaling innovations, and embracing disruptive technologies to lead change.

Learn how disruption applies beyond for-profit businesses. Explore how nonprofit organizations use innovative models and technologies to address pressing societal challenges and create impactful solutions.

Analyze why some industry leaders fail to adapt to disruptive changes. This session reviews common pitfalls and strategic missteps, providing lessons to avoid stagnation and ensure proactive adaptation.

Conclude the course by developing your own disruption hypothesis. Using the tools and frameworks covered, craft a strategy to identify and act on disruptive opportunities within your organization or industry.

LEARNING METHODS

Training – 10%Instructors spend 10% of class time instructing techniques.
Practice – 70%Practicing is the key to master skills. Learners spend 70% of the class time practicing skills.
Evaluation – 20%Learners receive feedback from instructors, classmates, coach assistants to ensure continuous growth.
