Public Speaking Club is one of EIY’s standout employee engagement programs. It focuses on fostering a professional English-speaking environment among employees within the organization. Through activities designed to help participants overcome fear, speak confidently in front of an audience, and deliver impromptu speeches, the program aims to enhance employees’ communication skills in the workplace.

LEARNING METHODS

Training – 10%Instructors spend 10% of class time instructing techniques.
Practice – 70%Practicing is the key to master skills. Learners spend 70% of the class time practicing skills.
Evaluation – 20%Learners receive feedback from instructors, classmates, coach assistants to ensure continuous growth.
