MINDFUL MANAGEMENT

Mindful Management is one of the EIY’s new corporate training programs. The course focuses on cultivating mindfulness and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, increase preparedness, calm your mind, and be mindful about what you say.

Participants:
Senior managers (C-level), business leaders
Middle managers
Technical experts, sales staff who regularly have to present projects.

***For each group of subjects, the program will be designed specifically to suit their learning needs.

OBJECTIVES

• Engage in reflective exercises to identify personal triggers and patterns of anxiety related to public speaking;

• Cultivate mindfulness techniques to observe thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment;

• Develop an understanding of how past experiences and beliefs influence present anxieties.

• Identify stressors related to public speaking and develop coping strategies;

• Learn relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and visualization;

• Explore time management and prioritization skills to reduce stress and increase preparedness.

• Be mindful about what you say and how you say it;

• Learn proven methods to calm your mind and body before and during your speech.

LEARNING METHODS

Training – 10%Instructors spend 10% of class time instructing techniques.
Practice – 70%Practicing is the key to master skills. Learners spend 70% of the class time practicing skills.
Evaluation – 20%Learners receive feedback from instructors, classmates, coach assistants to ensure continuous growth.
